Sample delivery is within 1-3 days. Complex products do not take more than 1 week.
In sale: Provide pre-production samples to customers for confirmation, and the customer confirms the pre-production samples before production. The production process provides pictures and videos for customers to consult. If customers have inspection needs, fully cooperate with customers. Complete the production according to the customer's requirements, and arrange the delivery after production. Provide loading information and pictures to customers. Follow up the logistics information until the customer receives the goods smoothly.
After-sales: Follow up customer feedback on the product, the first time to deal with customer complaints. If there is a quality problem in the product, investigate the root cause of the problem, prevent repeated problems in the later stage, and provide solutions to solve the problem.
